Well the reason why I wanted to click on the link was so that I could point out the exact coordinates of the teleport crystal's locations (if it's already marked I wouldn't know). But if it isn't, then if someone would care to do it for me that would be appreciated, because for me that was the reason why the Altep was the last crystal I got. I knew how to get to the desert, but finding the crystal was the problem.
If you plan on doing this yourself and don't have White Mage leveled for sneak, then yes, you will need silent oils. There are antica around where the crystal is found and they aggro by sound. I believe antica and scorpions are the only commonly seen mobs that aggro (both sound only) so don't worry about the spiders and bettles. And if you're curious about sobotender, yes they aggro as well (again, sound only). Anything else should be fairly obvious.
