I would be safe and not reactivate it until Feb. Yes, if you cancel your account let's say Jan. 12th, it will stay active until the 31st. They don't close it and credit you for only playing 1/2 of the month. That seriously irks me but not much you can do about it.

Does suck for ppl who buy the game at end of a month for like payday or birthday etc and it turns out they gotta pay twice >.<

You mean the expansions? Yea I guess it does. People who buy the game and are just starting out get the first 30 days free and the remainder of the next month is prorated so it catches up with the "scheduled" billing cycle. It's really a horrible system but that's SE for you.

They never double-charge you for something so if you reactivate your content ID's now you won't be charged again for January because apparently you already payed for January.

Just remember if you ever cancel your account make sure its a couple weeks before the next billing cycle and you do it thru pol. Otherwise the idiots at S.E will still charge you.
