I know it's stupid to compare a fantasy game to real life for 99% of discussions regarding physics and logic, but sometimes there's some little things that just bug the crap out of me.
Probably my absolute #1: Double Water weather in Ifrit's Cauldron. Wouldn't the steam peel me like a tomato and melt my lungs?
And my #2: Surviving a 30-foot fall landing upright, but being impeded by a 2-foot ledge.
