I've been looking at that link for an hour now and before he posted. I'm not a master FFXIencyclopedia turd, so I asked for help, thanks for the description.

There isn't really anything to master. There's a Search box in the upper right hand corner. You type what you want and it appears--sort of like your own personal Information Genie.

Childish name-calling isn't really going to earn you any points.

Just 1 question if I may.

A sexual swear word was used in amongst this spiteful name calling and such.
I was never aware that such vulgarity was to be tolerated or used here.
Can you get banned for using this type of bad language, particularly the swearing at the most?
I was just wondering what happened if it was used here, that's all.

I would be be most embarrassed if I ever spoke like that to anyone.... honestly!

Additionally, you don't really find a lot of that on this forum. Most people are relatively cordial, and incidence of vulgar name calling like our friend Evion here are exceedingly rare. Since I've never actually seen such a thread, I don't know what will be done with it. The worst I suspect would be the elimination of the thread in its entirety like they do with the GS threads that used to appear.

In mine and Evion's defense, sometimes vulgarity is needed to get the point across.

Sorry, sometimes people use swears in the world.

For clarity, everyone who made abusive posts on this thread, "necessary" or not, recieved a warning. Warnings come with a certain point value, and racking up too many of them will get you banned, with the ban length dependant on the severity of the warnings.

I think that's about the last loose end, so here's the lock. If there's some related topic to discuss, maybe we could start another thread about it with a fresh tone.
