Error Code 3203

:::Nevermind, a friend of mine just pol'd me saying the server was partially down and to wait, I'm just glad it's not my laptop screwing up:::

I suddenly got booted from FFXI, I log back in, it's all fine and dandy apart from when I actually pick a character.. it says it's checking lobby whatever and then says error code: 3203 can't connect to area server? I've restarted pol, my laptop, my wireless in vain. I really don't have a clue what's wrong with it and seeing as I haven't changed any settings or such and I was mid-game I don't understand why it's suddenly not working?

Yep, same problem here, everyone on my vent server is just chatting and waiting for things to happen so we can get back online. We were just about to start a Ugga pendant run. >.<

What I find funny is, our server is the only one completely down and the other 3 are just partially down. Someone on pol chat (so I don't know how true this is or if the guy was talking out of his ass) says that they'll need to restart the servers and will take between 2-10 hours?

Well they are doing emergency maintenance on all worlds in about an hour, so ... meh.
