    Re: Campaign Experiences

Tanking as Pld/Nin seems to get me 1000+ EXP consistently. Throw shadows up, flash, sentinel, rampart, etc. I hold hate fairly well for some reason, and I can usually solo an enemy long enough for a group of people to finish their target and help me with mine.

Whenever One-Eyed, Jagidbod, or Bakgodek show up everybody knows I'm on raise duty. The EXP is still pretty good.

      Re: Campaign Experiences

My own complaint so far is the NPCs destroying everything before we can.

Not to mention it's hard as hell to F8 or /targetnpc when the mobs are being surrounded by like 50 other Allied Forces NPC. I have to keep tabbing through all of them , a huge pain in the ass

        Re: Campaign Experiences

I think I overreacted a little about the escort quest. It's still a pain in the bitch in the ass, but once you reach the fort you can talk to the NPC there, complete the mission, and anything that has aggro'd will unaggro and disappear. Neet.

          Re: Campaign Experiences

I'm going to rescind my earlier reuqests at toning down some of the NMs...

If anything, they should be harder. I'll take ANYTHING @ this point to make all the assholes who don't want to cooperate and are just out for their own points quit.

            Hm........

You know, I wonder why they can't make a key item that will alert you when a campaign battle begins in your capital. It would practically be something along the lines of how the Marble Gate Bridge tells you what type of race/job/sex is welcomed into it's shop. It would be SUPER helpful to players.

Does anybody know how/why/when Rainemard appears, or why he disappears at the beginning of a campaign battle? He's an NPC standing behind a tree near the Jugner fort.

It appears that he is a Freelancer NPC for campaign, like Maat, Azima etc. However, I don't think anyone entirely knows how to convince him to join.
