i have a European FFXI account that has registered expansions from Zilrat to ToUA
i also recently purchased the japanese Vana'Diel Collection to use one my PS3 , along with a japanese WOTG , my questions are :

1) is it possible for me to use my Euro account on the japanese game on PS3 ? i am sure POL worked but i haven't tried logging into FFXI itself ...

2) can i register WOTG Jap thru my Euro account ? (i know u can register US/ Euro thru each other ..just not sure if i can register Jap WOTG thru Euro POL)

3) Also , in worst case if i needed to create a new account on PS3 , if i delete my Euro account , will the serials be freed ? i mean can i give my Euro FFXI package to a friend to use ??

1) Yes, if you fully install the Japanese client, you can play with your European account.

2) Toughie. Do you mean you want to install and register a Japanese expansion on your European client? As far as I know that still can't be done, but I haven't used imported versions of the game in a long time.

3) No. If you delete your account, the Registration Codes are gone forever. They can only be used once.

and yes , i was thinking if i could register the japanese expansion in my Euro account , so i take it , it's not possible?
mind you i just want to REGISTER the expansion .. i will then install it on the PS3 and use the Euro account to play it
