Thanks a million, now I'll be justified when I refuse to invite Galka dancers to my parties.

The armors look pretty nice but I'm hoping for stuff that isn't just a well-done reskin too.

Now i am 100% sure, i will level a taru dancer...

However, i am 100% sure that i will ask specific gender before i invite dancers...

Yeah you will. If Dancer is a good addition to a party, you'll invite the hell out of them. And then you'll sit there going on and on and on about it in party chat and your LS. Because surely it will never ever get old. And the instant you don't blather out with sophomoric insults, your entire server will laugh at you.

Am I the only one "disappointed" that Scholar just has recycled spell casting animations? White Magic, Black Magic, Bard Singing, Wind instruments, String instruments, and Blue Magic. The whole time looking at the Scholar video, the only differences were when they used their Grimoire. Are they not going have any of their own spells that don't require a sub job?

So are they going to allow people of the races where there are new faces added to ... change? Like pay this massive sum of gil and change your face type? Or is that just for NPCs. Makes you wonder, I mean this wasn't available 5 years ago, and who's gonna want to start all over for a new face?

I mean hell I like mine the way it is but some people might want to change. Just some thoughts though, I guess probably not gonna happen.

They're casting White Magic and Black Magic. Even their own unique spells fall under one of those two categories. Red Mages don't get a unique animation, nor do Paladins or Dark Knights. Now if those jobs were updated to get their own special animations for White or Black Magic, sure. But why should Scholar be an exception to the rule?

People find the most retarded things to be "disappointed" about.

Given that Scholar couldn't even use an instrument with /BRD, the string and wind animations are wholly irrelevant, they'd only sing. Some these "animations" aren't even accounting for the facts. They're just putting the dats on scholar.

taru edit: any info on the ws animations? like the one we saw in the promo video with the rdm using a ws that had a rose and red petals flying all over, etc?
