    • Campagnie will incorporate elements of strategy as you defend various forts across the land.
    • Left Picture is assumed to be Orcs fighting in Ronfuare. They speculate that losing the fort to the Orcs may increase their number in the present-day Ronfuare.
    • Right Picture is assumed to be Yagudo guarding a structure in Sarutabaruta. They wonder if perhaps players will be able to successfully drive out the Yagudo, thus eliminating their presence in present-day Sarutabaruta.

I think this is what we were all hoping for, but is it going to succeed, or just be another uber lame "Conquest" system?

Honestly to me it just sounds like Conquest, but with a lot of besieged for area control. I hope I'm wrong, though =/

As long as we get kick ass retardedly good rewards from out nation leaders, but only after a lot of play, I'm happy. Because if we don't get shit loads of rewards no one will play just to save the present day...

          Hmm, interesting, sounds fun :D

Too bad it will just fade to nothing if there's no great rewards because of all the reward whores lately.

yeah wats up with SE they should be more generous with rewards especially for great wars like this Campaigne thing. I'm loving the box art.

anyway yeah, rewards would really help encompass a greater purpose in doing this campaigne stuff. lots of gil, gear, other valuables would be good rewards.

Oh god I can only hope, if this is what I think it is...we'll be seeing Besiege type fighting in *EVERY* city and major zone in the new areas. Which would be down right awesome imo. SE did say that the Besiege in Whitegate were supposed to be to "test the system" and that they wanted to expand it, this might be their way of giving the player base exactly what they wanted.

Beastmen raids on our home cities.

                I can't wait!

Though you have to feel bad for Al Zahbi if that's the case.

I mean look at NPCs, once PUP came out they were basically completely neglected. Hell, I don't play anymore, but I haven't heard about ANY real updates to NPCs since I left.

Awesome if the bandwidth bottleneck was removed and I could actually utilize my high speed connection -__- God, these Beseiged-type elements could be so much better than they are... *sigh*
