    I have a slight problem. Sometimes when I cancel my account for personal reasons. I am charged twice. Also when reactivate my content ID I am always charged twice. And I never get to use that next month if i cancel within the month I reactivated my content ID.

    Is it something I am doing wrong. Just need a perspective on this since I am being double charged. And I have used CC and an Checking account to pay.

    Accounts are charged at the beginning of every month. This means that if you start in the middle or the end of a month you'll be doubled up on at the beginning of the next month.

    I'm not sure why you're charged twice when you cancel. Sometimes they'll delay a charge for a month and hit you the month after you discontinued your subscription.

    A while back they stated that they were working on a better billing system, but so far they haven't come up with anything or released any updates on that.

    SE's intragnizant stance concerning the aquisition of funds in exchange for their provision of service is quite concerning.
