Just wanted to post this as a heads up to FFXIO Staff, users here and those that may browse Alla. KI, BG and FFXIlopedia users should be on the lookout as well.

There's a fellow named "rojjeduee" about posting a link to a virus on that site on each job forum on Alla, cleverly placing links in the stupidest threads you'd ever hope to read, baiting you in hopes you'll not only flame him, but click his link. Its probably some jerk taking advantage of the security scares on various FFXI sites in hopes people will to pin it on BG or something.

He'll probably take a different name, just look out for this kind of post:

"I'm only level 16 in this job..."

And then he'll rant rant rant and slip in his link, then rant some more.

He could move here next, just be on the lookout.

True, but this was just as much for this forum as others, I just don't have the time to go to every last one, ya know. We just had our first loldrama explosion on LBR last night and we had to go deal with that. It was the stupidest shit ever, too.

A guest host was offended by a rule we made for worldcom chats LBR was to start hosting again, we simply were asking him to treat other members with respect in the skype LBR worldcom chat and he went off the hosts for it, so he got banned. You know, like asking people to be nice to each other is this unreasonable thing. If you want to be a prick on worldcom, make your own room and be a prick there.

He cooled off and got unbanned, but damn, does it get any more pathetic than that? This between the BG drama and hacker/virus scares. I don't know whether to die laughing for crumple over for lack of sleep. This week has sucked and its not even halfway over yet.

Its happened multiple times over the last week or so at allah. We have put the warning outs plus they can't post urls here.
