Hmm. I didn't know blacklists can really be full. I guess it makes sense meaning you'll most likely have to communicate with SOMEONE in some kind of situation that you're in.

Its fulled with mostly RMT (ones yelling at me for farming their stuff heh/sellers or Rare/ex in Jeuno/Whitegate) and casinos, though a few idiots/jerks are thrown in here and there. I take the filter off after Besieged though.

I would say it occurs on a lot of servers, though.

Do what I do report. Report till your fingers fall of. Atleast some of them is bound to be banned.
