Hi everyone,
I was unsure where to post this but I've ran into a problem.
Normally when the 1st of the month is lurking I automatically get billed for FFXI and get a message appear saying I've been billed for this months services.
but last night I was happily playing about and I unlocked summoner (Yay me) I logged out and looked at this summoner website to get more information on macro's and stuff.
After that I tried to log in, playonline was ok and seemed normal but when i clicked on (play) I was told I have no content Id's
I've tried to look at my billing details, my credit card is still registered and nowhere near maxed out.
I'm unable to reactivate or buy new Id's and am getting an error message saying to check my credit card details (which have been working for months) or see if my playonline account is cancelled. I dont think it is cancelled as I can access playonline.
I tried service and support and came to 2 conclusions
1 its a load of shit
2 same as above
for a game that cant wait to take my money you'd think they would be nice and give you some kind of heads up, but no,
I checked the playonline bulletin things and they mention maintenance on the 1st of july and playonline would be screwed up and Id's cant be purchased.
But its July the 2nd and am still clueless as to why,
I'd appreciate any help or advice that may be given, especially from people that may have had this problem also.
