best mob lvl to trio?

Greetings,

Recently, some friends and I have been looking into wanting to trio some mobs for exp, mainly as a change to standard party stuff/camps. The jobs involoved would be nin, rdm and drk. What lvl mobs are best for that sort of things? low VTs? We'd like a challange to some extent, so Id rather avoid stuff that are EM etc, but we dont want 5 minute fights either. Any suggestions or personal reccomendations would be apprecaited.

Here's a link to an exp table, to help you determine how much exp you'll get for a mob relative to your level.

At the level range you listed, a low VT (4 levels above you), the base exp per player (before any penalties due to level differences among pt members) is 108. Mixing in high Ts shouldn't be too big of a deal, provided that those fights aren't taking forever. You just have to get past the "big number" mindset. Even if you only get 58 exp from a T one level above you, at least that will still count toward continuing the exp chain.

As far as what level mob would be optimal from a challenge perspective... your trio will probably have to experiment to find that out.

A note about that exp chart: it doesn't include exp bonuses you would earn from either Sanction (up to 15% depending on how long your server has held the Astral Candescence) or Signet (Wiki reports a 22.2% exp bonus for a 3 man party).
