I'm not sure which idea you refer too. But I dont think any reward would have any bad effect on the game, since getting all jobs to 75, actually requiers alot of time and very few players have all jobs to 75. I never heard of any who has all jobs at 75.

Personally I'm working on Maat's cap. eventually I want all jobs to 75. Its a great achievement. and I think I would want something back from the hard work.

They are ALL way too powerfull

Hell even the weakest suggestion, second sub. Even if the second sub was at 1/2 lv PLD/NIN/WAR {can I have it?}

Something cosmetic would be cool. Like a set of GM armor, a different color perhaps,(without the uber stats). Something to show off when running around Jeuno or Whitegate doing errands.

If you want somthiong to make people notice you 2 things

#1 Ring that you can use any time, transforms you nito the model of bapho, then people will see you!

#2 Give you a big glowey aura like lv 99 on RO

I'm dissapointed at this thread, I was expecting something better than an "I want something I can show off to make me feel better about myself" kinda thread. =/

But anyway, from everything I've read so far I think the (Maat's cap +1) idea would be the only kinda plausible one.

The +1 version would have all stats +8 instead of +7, and then gain +1 stat point per job set completed. Job set meaning all the new jobs from an expansion, so you would get better caps as more expansions and jobs are added.

Maybe simply trading your old cap to Maat after completing a new job set.


(Plus having a (Maat's cap +10) in 10 years from now would be fun if XI is still going XD).

Seriously though, why should someone be rewarded again with a super cool item for basically just having more time to play than everyone else? There is no more skill involved in taking all jobs to 75 than there is in taking one job to 75. There is no need for this reward you are seeking really other than for someones epeen and lets be honest, if youve had the time to get all jobs to lv75 including Blu/Cor/Pup then you could actually have just lved all to 66 for Maat's Cap and have 2-3 at 75, be in the Top Endgame shell on your server (because you certainly have time for it) and have lots of epeen enhancing items.
