Audible reminder for day/night time

I have a few gear pieces now that have different effects during daytime and night time, and I'd like to swap them out as the time switches over (20:00-04:00).

I don't run windower, but always have a second PC next to me, so any firefox plugin/webpage/popup/widget would be fine. Does anyone know of something to audibly remind you of the day/night time switch?

I also have the Vana'diel clock (separate hardware thingy) but I don't think that can do it.

Vana'diel clock can set alarms, should be able to use them.

Personally I set them all on 3 second timers so I can listen to the music, but that's just me.

Well my typical XP parties runs over 3-4 hours, so I'd rather have something that chimed automatically each time day and night switched over. Setting an alarm 6-8 times manually during a fast lvl 71+ XP party wouldn't be my preferred solution.
