Multiple people on the same router will give you same IP too. So I don't think that's something you need to worry about.

Those people getting banned for 2 boxing were actually using heal bots. The older bots required you sent /tell commands to the bot, so it was hella obvious. I don't know the situation about newer bots tho.

I've heard you could get in trouble for this. Supposedly I've heard of some temp bans b/c of people 2boxing, apparently SE can tell if there are two characters using the same IP. Don't know if its true though.

Not true at all. Anyone in the house using the same connection would have the same IP (I believe), so that would mean people that live together wouldn't be able to play together if this were true.
