Character Restoration

Two Days ago i went out to hang out with my friends. When i come back i find out that my sister deleted my characters! After getting in a furious rage with my sister i was like there has to be a way to bring them back so i call. I have to give the guy a whole bunch of information about my characters, my name, social etc...etc. Anyway he tells me they could bring them back but it could take up to a week, he also told me that its not a guarantee that they could bring them back. What i wanna know is if anyone here had to go through this and how long it took for you to get the character back and if it worked. I don't know what i would do if i loose these characters been playing since day one of release and would be a real shame to loose it all

Protip for the future: Don't give your sister your password.

I hope they can restore your characters. I don't see why they wouldn't be able to.

guess what same thing happened to me, My little Bro erased my main and 2 mules. I called SE and 3 days later i got them back all 3 of them. But the really sucky part is everything in ah and box is gone for good. so i lost about 500k in product and gill.


So finally i can play again.

Good for you glad to hear you got your characters back in three days. Thats reassuring for me, but i don't think they work on weekends so if thats the case i guess i could expect my characters to come back on Tuesday then. I Only Had crystals in the auction house so its not much of a loss in money for me.

well i just got it back today. which is saturday.so they do work on weekends


i am just happy my harvest is still good

You should be able to get them back, I left the game and wanted to return after like 6 months away thankfully I only had one character I played but my lil guy was restored, I imagine you should have it all back stuff from Ah may not be there it took about 3 real life days, so if you had stuff on at the Ah the is nowhere for the things to retun to so I imagine they would be lost!

personally I'd slap your sister into next week for what she did sounds like she is a bit "no offence" but boy you must have P*ssed her off!
