    I know you can get an exp ring from being married to someone over a certain period of time...are you sure the Aniversary ring is not from that instead?

        Hmmm, after looking at the US site, it says midnight US time, so which is correct? 8:00 GMT doesn't equal midnight anywhere in the US afaik (unless there are places that don't use daylight savings time).

        08:00 GMT = 9AM UK = 4AM EDT = 1AM PDT
        20:00 GMT = 9PM UK = 4PM EDT = 1PM PDT

        /sigh, just give me an anniversary ring already

          Just read this line over at FFXIclopedia.org on the Anniversary ring:

          Obtainable by talking to an Event Moogle for the first time during the FFXI 2007 Adventurer Appreciation Event.

            Yep, confirmed, my wife's mule just got the Anniversary Ring by talking to the event moogle. So it should be available for all characters, including mules.

              You're forgetting Alaskan/Hawaiian time, but SE is based in LA, so they use PDT. I think your GMT time is wrong, as I'm fairly sure LA is at -7 now.

              According to wiki, PST is GMT-8 (UTC-7:00 in Daylight saving time), I'm fairly sure we shifted into DST weeks ago though.
