Adventurer Appreciation is Back! (05/02/2007)
The following weeks mark the fifth anniversary of FINAL FANTASY XI. To celebrate this monumental landmark, we will be providing adventurers with tokens of our appreciation in the form of several exclusive in-game items. Distribution begins at midnight on Friday, May 11th.

Hmm, with a 1 hr reuse timer I wouldn't be surprised if SE would only let you recharge it once a year during this event.

There's no way they would let you recharge it at will or even once every Conquest tally.

actaully was cross checked by some bg mems and the ducal ring also has npc trade flag so it may not be able to recharge. ya 30,000 free exp a week would be one way to help players. This ring will help me get alot of free levels on my bst tho lol.

I'd be very happy if I could get those extra 30k xp every week, but knowing SE it ain't gonna happen.

Yeah, letting the ring get fully recharged any more often than once a year would be... well, lets just say I'd be sad for any player that didn't obtain their Anniversary Ring during the event.

The ring has 10 charges, and each charge can potentially give a 3k exp bonus. That's 30k exp for a fully charged ring. Free 30k of exp once a year? I can see that. Free 30k of exp on a more regular basis? That would be just too good.

I just hope it's not some crazy random reward like the Return rings were back in the day. A good solid quest is the best way to hand these out imo.

They are rare/ex so I suppose you could level all your mules if you like.
