I spoke with a customer service person a few days ago, trying to get my RDM transferred from Phoenix to Kujata. He hadn't receieved an ETA from Japan yet. I'm not sure what's so difficult about it, they did it for Ballista Royale, didn't they? -

Yea, I think it's all the tech sides to it, ya know?
Is it going to be free, how long will the re-move timer be, what are the limitations to control server population, ect.
