Couldnt the NM (if its a poped NM) just instantly despawn when all members of the Party or Alliance that poped the monster died. So there wouldnt be any point of killing the people who were charmed. Although, given people are assholes they would probably kill the RMT anyway, the RMT would kill them and so forth even tho no one gets anything.

What other monsters charm players (other than in battlefields or areas where claim mechanics don't apply)? Would any of them be adversely affected? I can't think of any.
But why put all that work into a game mechanic that really only affects one force-popped, decent-money-item-dropping NM? Pallas is such a small part of a vast game. A small effort to correct this problem seems appropriate.

The mechanics of implementing that effectively into Dynamis runs (sandy, bg and valk) would be too much of a pain in the rear.
