That's one of the things I hate. When you're running to your Mog House.... and oh, what's this? Freaking airship is coming/leaving. You have to WAIT for the bridge to go up for the airship, and come back down before you can cross. Bah!

Oh yeah, we may have a Papsque telling us what to believe in, but atleast we don't have a dumb President. :D

The stupid bridge that connects the Mog House to the rest of Port Bastok.

Personally, I think Bastok is one of the sexiest towns in the game. Well... it's sort of bland, but really easy to navigate through. No maze-like walkways to get to an npc half the city away. And even though it was said before, I'll say it again. Bastok has a freakin' MINE in town. How cool is that? Oh.. and we also have cannons up in metalworks if you want to get into scenery.

          Bastok.

          Galkas.

          Ninja.

          Metalworks factory.

We.. Umm.. Well remove the Galkas and you have a fairly nice city.

Re: Tips for a Bastok Beginner

Bastok is the origin of Dark Knight, and Ninja.
            No, no and NO!

The quests may be activated there, but those jobs sure as hell do not originate there. Ninja is from Tenzen's home in the Far East, and Dark Knight comes from the ancient Galkan Civiliaztion in Kuzots that the Anticans destroyed. There used to be entire legions of DRK before the Antica drove them out into korroloka tunnel.

And try actually playing San d'Oria's story before you mock us :3

Anyone who's finished Rank 10 San d'Oria knows what an awesome nation we are, with a truly great king. It's too bad the outcomes of each storyline can't affect day-to-day life in the game with the NPCs and such, or San d'Oria would be a lot different than most know.

Oh, and Karst is a jack off

            Cid FTW though.

            EDIT:

            San d'Oria.

            Norse Elves

            Lightbringer. (eat it Fenrir)

            Vtra.

            Top Quality Soldiers.

            Centuries of honor and tradition.

            We win
