A way to stop RMT

I know this wont stop all the rmt activity, but it will at least severly hinder them. I say all the high lvl BST start going to rmt camps, charm the strongest mob in the area that will aggro things, lead the charmed mob right to the middle of the camp drop the charm and watch the carnage. I f a bunch of BST's were to constantly do this, then maybe the RMT's would start getting the message.

(this idea actually came from a couple of my LS mates you were somehow getting the Kracken on Qufim to hassell the RMT's that were there)

MPK is against the ToS. Even if you could do it correctly where the mob wouldn't despawn, you would (and should) be quickly banned.

Wow, I guess SE doesn't want us to have fun with them. Sure, protect the RMT's(j/k).

I thought it was against the tos but for somereason they were getting a kick out of seeing a rmt camp get taking out by the kracken-maybe someone aggroed it and after it killed them started going after the group.

This is a revolutionary-outside-the-box idea. Spread the word, people!

At one time people did MPK the RMT, but that was in response to the RMT MPKing them first. Back in those days claim didn't matter, because you'd most likely be bombed with links or aggro by the RMT, or worse yet your fellow players. Even today claim doesn't really matter, but for other reasons.

honestly, there's only two ways to stop RMT. Introduce some form of official RMT that puts gilsellers out of business, or remove currency from the game, or make it very inconsiquential.

Yeah, ok. First of all, this doesn't work anymore. When you use Leave on a pet it just leaves. It won't aggro anything around it. Secondly, even if it did work it would be against the game's terms of service to do it, and thus against our community policy to go around advocating it on our forum. So I'm gonna close this thread now and we're all gonna forget this ever happened, kay?
