Re: RMT fishers gonna leave? Yeah right...
It takes long enough to get partys if you don't/can't make one of your own. Sometimes i take what i can get. I don't have the time to turn down a party invite just because it was in a zone where i have leveled coundless times. I'm all for finding new areas and such, but part of the reason people have this cookie cutter camping thing, is because where they do camp, it's proven safe, there are known mobs to fight in close proximity to an area where no monsters spawn.
I think it's not so much fitting a mold, but rather knowing what works and sticking with it. Theres a reason for everything in this game, like woodcrafting for instance.
Sure you can skill up on any logs you want, but certain ones have a lower cost/higher harvest rate that gets the same results as harder to find logs, or doing it without lumberjack. I think people like the efficiency of what they know to work, instead of re-inventing the wheel, so to speak.
I could personally care less. Exp is exp. Low fast = greater expph, but high slow makes it so i can party for a shorter period of time.
I'm just glad i don't fish for a living
