Like I said SEGA was BAD about hidden links when I plaid Phantasy Star Online you'd have to go through almost all the links just to find what your looking for thats why the question no since in being rude

Wasn't trying to be rude, but just thought that you'd have noticed by now that it was a POL site...there's lots of stuff to see on there, update notes, the official LS community was accessed through there at first...it's just something that seems like it would be common sense.

Technically, we play FFXI, we don't play POL

We can't play FFXI without POL though.

On another note, all of the updates and news items are in the POL Viewer before you get into FFXI.

Yep yep, even right before you select your character, there is an extra window to click on to continue.

Playonline.com was set up back when FF9 came out. It was used for stats or something like that. I didn't like FF9 so I'm not sure on the details.

IF you've honestly been playing a year, please quit. If you were lying, or saying the character is one year old, please give it back to the person you bought from.


I don't normally enjoy being rude, but if you don't know what POL is after a year of playing, you're either extremely ignorant, or you've got horrible amnesia and can't remember FFXI anyway.

Playonline.com was set up back when FF9 came out. It was used for stats or something like that. I didn't like FF9 so I'm not sure on the details.

The strategy guide for FF9 wasn't that hot. It was pretty in-depth, but every time something went a little deeper, the guide would prompt you to go get on playonline.com and find the real info. It was a pain in the ass really.

But I remebered that as soon as FFXI came out under POL. You would think more games would have at least a little something to do with POL seeing that it's been around for ages.

I have just moved to a new server and heard somone say that they are woking on a way to move curent characters and I KNOW how to check POL but I remember how SEGA did with PSO

Meh you all came off kinda mean IMHO, frankly i know people who play on ps2 and wouldnt know the site for POL, yes you can google it, but i also played PSO and anything that delt with sega, was about 45 min of search for what you needed. It was his experaince so he came to ask, everyone. FYI if you ever dopnt want to check POL about when the update starts someone will post on here with all the info.

There's a difference between not knowing about the POL site. That's fine with me.

Not knowing the POL site when you've been playing FFXI for a year, and not having enough of an ability to use google? Very no.
