Edit: I never said it was as big or bigger than Earth. Just stating it was bigger than most may expect. :p

Random thought, with crystal synthesis, would the acutal "energy" take up the space required of the materials and enlarge/shrink to the result?

Crystal Synthesis is very poorly explained, for obvious reasons.

Spoilers: About all we know about it is that the Zilart apparentely came up with it (since the modern spread of the technique was started by Kam'lanuat)

I just thought of another thing that's not plausable about FFXI, i'm even more of a jackass online than I am in real life, and I haven't gotten my ass kicked by anyone.
