i agree with Eohmer where Drks can not tank they can take hate like a mofo but tanking sint something a drk is good at even with the best defensive armor and food out there for the jobs current lvl your not gonna be able to tank for very long an survive. The high lvl you get the more damage you take.

This is an old debate. No Drks at first glance can't take a hit but this isn't really for the reason people say. I have yet to meet a dd that can take a hit with berserkup wars don't seem that bad cuz most go /nin and blink off 3-6 hits which in most cases is long enough for a good take to get hate. For those that haven't tested Dread Spikes it steals hp equal to what you are hit for most the time I have seen it get resisted once but this is on ep mobs i'm not sure on the % of max you can recover atm but it seems to be around or above 50%.

I think this is just SE ploy to make DRK more acceptable in Merit PTs. They want everyone to be in TP burn and join the WAR/NIN bandwagon.
