i've started playing with a free 30 days trail account... and it expired, so i can still paying that account or did i need other new??

If I understand your question correctly, you're asking if you can keep the same account for your full account as you did for your trial, and if that is what you are asking, then yes, you do keep it, and, in fact, if I were you, I would do so.
