That would take some doing now that experience loss is capped. You'd have to die like 20 times to level down to 74, which'd take maybe 10-15 minutes. To get down to level 3 ... wait do you even lose experience below level 5 or 7? Anyway, you'd probably take 6-10 hours to bottom out on exp.

As far as the fastest way to do it, just set your home point at the Vollbow outpost and get naked. Punch gob, die, home point, repeat.

I thought the level cap on exp loss was 5 >.<

In any case, it doesnt really matter since it takes longer to get a raise and get past the weakness at that level than to just HP....
