First Warning and first stint in Gael probably means they're still willing to look at the player, give them a fair shake and hope they change. They're gonna try to be positive, so the glass is half-full.

When you keep getting in trouble and get more Gael time, they go pessimistic on you and they now see the glass as half-empty.

That or they beat the taru on the upper half of the chart and made him cry into the glass.

I would be so insanely mad when it comes to rmt's that I'd nearly hunt them all down in real life.And any who called on me would suffer like non other each day would have its own punishment.Then ppl would stop callin GM's and I'd be out of a job
