It's interesting to note the various items Ruhip has been selling. I'm guessing Ruhip is a clearing house account for quested scrolls from other accounts, which may or may not be mules.

an LS wide bank mule? Possible i suppose but why shave almost 130k off the original selling price when one of the best ways of making gil is profiting on the laziness of others?

why go to all the trouble of selling the scroll between various mules if the intention is to price fix for just one sale? He has to be getting them by some means if he wants to constantly a profit from this.

I know that at face value it makes no sense, but the scrolls sold before easilly at 150k and higher, why reduce the price to 18k if profit what they are after.

If RMTs are trying to replenish their ranks by leveling new accounts, I could easily see them trying to take full advantage of these new characters by doing runs on quested scrolls.

Could be, but then why not sell the scrolls themselves and send the gil to the one account. It would be less obvious than to send all the scrolls to one account and have one guy sell them all.

Likely muddling with the AH sales in a different place. Some stuff that sells in Bastok AH is more expensive then the ones sold in the Windurst AH. So not to surprising to see some people buying out the stock of items from the Windurst AH and taking them to the Bastok AH.

hardly any teleport scrolls are sold outside Jeuno, and he hasn't bought the few that have been sold. And there are no where near that many sold in Windy, Bastok, and Sandy to supply what he is putting up in Jeuno.

It looks like they're buying up (along with other mules) enough ores to get Norg fame in Bastok, then warping to Norg to get the quest done and sell the scroll.

It's crafty, I'll give it that. But it looks like RMT is accumulating huge amounts of gil through this.

looks like my server is ok with the ninja scrolls. Still going for way less than on your server tho.Also, your guy isn't killing the prices to begin with. He's actually raised it a few times instead of driving it into the ground.

It could be rmt. Think about all those new rmt PTs you have seen recently. On hades Im sure I've seen at least 200+ RMT pc's in training. If each of them did the quests (and they do, I saw one PT doing Ichi quest while I was), bcnms for the Ni and erase scrolls they could easily get this amount of spells. They would send them to a mule or RMT bank to sell them and the money would be kept there for selling. Really easy way for them to make gil for money. I saw these kinda sales about a month ago on hades when the newest RMT PT's broke out so I have since been assuming its just RMT at work.

If you assume the people gathering the scrolls are actually all different gilsellers, that might account for the selling of the scrolls, what about the people buying the scrolls?
What the hell does a person or (gilseller) organization do with a dozen teleport-??? scrolls, warp scrolls, etc, etc

just bring it to the attention of the GM's then it's their problem well ppl like that are what drives up prices so it's all of are problem.But when I used to buy at the AH i only looked at the prices not the seller and i Quested for my main Items cause I'm always poor because of RMT's

Actually they are driving prices down as they flood the market with lots of the same items and undercut so it sells faster. I just checked the price of Teleport-Altepa because I have one to sell, was hoping to get enough money to put up my Cross-Counters as theres none for sale but now I can't thanks to some chap called Hame who is either RMT or pos hacking his mules for these items and has driven the price down to 80-90k which isnt enough to put my damn item on the AH. I'm going to point it out to a GM and see what happens, nothing probably or the GM will ban me.

There's a guy on Valefor that does the same thing too. Warp II and all of the teleport scrolls. I bet the account that's selling isn't the account that is pos-hacking though, so that probably makes it tougher to track.
