Ok I got this game like a few months ago. (still havent played) I havent played because I have been busy with school,work,girlfriend,family,etc...so anyway a bought a month ago I tried to play it got everything set up etc...but it says I have the wrong POL account name or password. I dont know why, I checked it like 1000 times, and its right, but I havent tried sense then. I feel stupid for buying it,loading it up,not playing it, and possibly getting the account deleted..wich pisses me off!! I feel so fricken stupid man...

SE's help desk can check this for you, they just need some pieces of information you used when you signed up in the first place. They'll ask for your real name, birthdate, part of the credit card you used when you signed up, a liter of blood, etc.

SE won't outright delete POL accounts because of inactivity - mine was inactive with no content IDs on it for well over a year when I took a break from the game.

Also it says my POL account is wrong or whatever, but maybe my parents stopped paying for it? My parents will pay for it again, I just need to know how to tell square that sense I lost the fricken box thing so I cant re-sign up even if I wanted to wich I do LOL!

PlayOnline is a free service. If your parents stopped paying for FFXI, you would still have a POL account.

Either; they have an online chat option or you can call them up. I wouldn't go the e-mail route with your account data, though.

Make sure you got the right capitalization and such, the SN and PW are both cap sensative.

The name when doing this is not what you named your account. It is the 4 letter and 4 number code assigned to your account.

Looks like "ABCD1234"
