And you're sure this problem wasn't caused by the fact the registration server was down for 2 days? It's up as of now, so I'd say try again today. If that doesn't help.... then...

this is defo not the problem ... when the servers was down i couldnt even get to the first page of purchase id, but now i can get rite to the end before it throws up the problems ... thanks anyway m8 =o) Any reply is beter than none =o)

Just call Playonline by telephone for service support. The phone number and business hour is in the game manual.

They're in the middle of upgrading the service. It went down again, so yes there seems to be ongoing problems with registration.

ok i rang up technical suport .... he checked my account and said its been cancled >.<

but the only way to get a new one is to go buy the game again.... which kinda blow's,

least iv got the problem sorted anyway ... thanks a lot for your help guys =o)
