    What are your goals?

    Just as the title suggests. What are your immediate goals and ultimate goal of this game?

    My immediate goal is to hit level 72 and get my teleport scrolls

    My ultimate goal is to obtain the Sorceror's Petatos.

    Well, my ultimate goal is to get the full AF2 and sky gear for my PLD, amongst other items like boxer's mantle and stuff.

    I'd also like to get a few more jobs to 40 and level SAM up (probably want to do the same as I want to do with PLD).

    Then I want to complete all the missions and get those cool little items, though I'm undecided on whether I should get a Raja's Ring or the tanking ring.

      My ultimate goal is Rank 10, Final ZM and CoP complete. I'd like sky gear for my MNK, but with the way sky sounds...I have no desire to go to sky >_>

      Another goal is to level up THF and SMN to 75, and before that, have every sub job I could possibly want for them leveled to at least 37.

        Perhaps this is just because I am not very far into the game (my highest job is DRG51), but my goals are modest. I want to be able to wear my full AF and to defeat the Shadow Lord. Most importantly I want to be high enough to help my LS since they have done so much to help me get where I am today.

        Perhaps someday I would like to start doing Zilart and Promathia Missions. One thing I know I don't want to do is endgame activities. They seem far to serious to really enjoy. Applications to HNMLSs and having to be in a certain place at a certain time (i.e Dynamis) sounds more like a job then having fun. Besides I still have alot of places in Vana'diel to explore!

        Sub Jobs: WAR37, BLU37, SAM37, DRK46

          I have new goals now since I got all of my equipment for drg. Get drg to 70. Get sky access. Finish the ToA missions. Level war to 40.

            Finish all missions, RoZ, CoP, and ToAU.

            Kick the hell out of Qultada and take COR to 75 one day.

            That's about it.

              Goals: All Nations Rank10, CoP, Roz, ToAU completed. Dune boots, Destroyers, Ohat(Got cluster and missed numerous runs xD). Sam 75. Thats about it atm, probably have lots more tho lol.

                Oh, sky is fun if you have a nice easy going, yet skilled, linkshell!

                  Goals: complete Bahamut v1, then Apoc Nigh.
                  Full rdm AF2 (3/5)
                  Hope my ls makes it past kindergarten stage...

                    my goals may sound modest to most you people here but my main goal in FFXI at the moment is.. to get past this damn PlayOnline Viewer and into the game itself

                        Mine already sounds like it's not going to be easy-going, so I plan on trying a few runs and then just not going at all if I don't like it...only thing I'll really feel like I'm missing out on is Haidate...don't care about much else...I just want to attack as fast as I can, lol

                          I want to complete both Limit Break 1, 2 and 3 and get my Corsair in AF gear and become a Pirate Taru ^^

                          I also want to be useful in Beseiged and actually deal some damage to mobs but that can wait for a little while.

                          I also want to be good enough and be able to help out my LS who were kind enough to let me join and also help me out, and since I'll be the only Corsair in the high levels there I can add a different spice into the mix ^^

                            Mine are simple enough, I want to own each of the first AF sets for all the jobs. It'll make my MH a tad full but I'm the type of gal that likes different outfits to wear while running around town.

                              Immediate Goals

                              Finish up Apocalypse Nigh (for storyline and reward)
                              Level Ninja to 70 (currently 67)
                              Fight some tier 2 Jailers (hopefully this weekend)

                              Ultimate Goals

                              Complete all ToAU missions
                              Level Ninja to 75
                              Get as many merits as I can for Ninja and Paladin
                              Get the best gear I can for Ninja and Paladin
                              Tank as many HNM as I can in the game
                              *cheesy alert but true* Have fun playing FFXI
