Well, sometimes their maintenance on the registration servers can take awhile. I once got fustrated with it as well.

You could always just wait until the next day to try again? If it doesn't work then, I'd strongly recommend contacting S-E directly (although, I have no idea what their customer service is like).

Main reason I came here (god knows how) was due to not being able to find the Customer services.. should be ok in the end, on a side note the error msg has changed for me now at least:-
Error code: POL 1403
Some Problems occurred on the specified page. Cannot view page.
don't know if this adds any light to the problem, any ideas?
(on a side note can pics be posted on this site?)
(oh and does the company that runs FFXI mind moding or do they beat you todeath with the nerf bat?)

Alla may have that IGE cloud hanging over its head - but every single site about FFXI with Google ads, even linkshell forums, will have RMT adverts on them.

So if you're being like that about it, you'd have to exclude Killing Ifrit, Somepage, linkshell forums and so on... which would leave you with very few places for information.

Anyway, Alla is in my opinion by *FAR* the best site to go when you need to look something up in detail, such as guides to quests, new items and so on because of the comment section available in each item/quest screen.

For quick fixes, Somepage is probably best as it's faster, a bit clearer and shows nothing but fact. It's not good if you're looking for help/advice/new information though.

Killing Ifrit is ok, but really, really, really slow.

This site I've not really explored yet but it doesn't seem to have as large a community as the main sites.
