Hi i am also getting frustrated with this. It's gone back to the "POL-0011" error now, maybe a sign it'll be back up soon? I'm also from England btw, and returning to FFXI. Was really looking forward to it too but been waiting for 2 days

Oh yeh, but on the official european site it says finished at 19:00 GMT. And btw 18:00 PDT is 1:00 GMT

Well that kind of blows, oh well at least they tell us whats going on on this one. Most MMOs ignore you, and then tell you what happend about 3 days after its finished worse one was SoE and that one that did Lineage2 for that....

On a side note whats with the giant chickens and how much do they cost O.o

oddly I thought it was a hand at first as well... this was soon dismissed after I worked out the fingers were infact not the point of the curser. Seeing what I thought was a mouth I was thinking mutant banana. Confronted now with a twisted, twitching mass of banana I figgered that I must be looking at it wrong.......2 hours later it hit me

starting to get tired now, bought the game yesterday. waited until 7.00 gmt this morning, then they said 19.00 gmt. but the registration server is still down FFS! i keep getting different error numbers

Happened to me when I first got the game as well... 12 hour maintenance right after I finished installing.

ok i used to play like over a year ago now and then canceld my acc to stop the payments, now when i try to reactivate my playonline id it wont let me,
does this mean i gt 2 buy the game agen for a new code or what ?!?!? if so then that sux
