• During full/new moon: activates when HP are yellow, TP is under 100%, and landing a blow with the staff during combat.
• During Halloween event: activates as above, regardless of moon phase.

The Trick Staff II and Treat Staff II you can use any time, the former once a day and the latter once every five days. The Treat Staff II has unlimited charges though, while the Trick Staff II only has ten.
