There Has Got To Be A Better Way!! >.<

so i have just hit lvl 45 THF, and i have been farming for about a week now. I will normaly farm in Pashow Marshlands, killing Leeches, Goobbues, Crawlers and every now and then the NM's Jolly Green and Bloodpool. Now i know that making money by simple farming takes quite some time, but in a 'whole' day (about 5-7 hours((i cant do much more then that, otherwise I think that I would shoot myself)) of farming, that only gets me about 150k!

now i guess this isnt <i>that</i> bad, but there is no way that i am going to be able to make the millions and millions that i need to buy all of my SAM and THF armor and weapons...

I have also tried camping other NM's... JeJ, something something the Torrent, (the one that drops Monster Signa), The Emp, some other crap... but there is just way to many other people camping them and waaaay to freakin long of a wait...

there has got to be a better way!!!

Well, fishing is always profitable, even at low levels. 10-15k per stack of moats. And if you make your own fish bait, all the better! http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Category:Fishing

If fishing isn't your style, you could try mining. I did a few (read: 2.5-3) hours of mining in Mount Zhayolm and came out 250k richer. Not exactly fast, but I was learning the routes. Of course, I got lucky and got an Oricalcium Ore. But I did die several times. Palborough Mines is always a good 40+ mining spot. http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/Mining

If you have any crafts levelled, do some research and find one where the cost of ingredients is less than the price of product. Then, you can make a bunch of gil by putting two and two together, so to speak. FFXIAH is a great tool for this, as you don't have to spend hours at a crowded, laggy AH to figure out what you want to make. http://ffxiah.com/ BTW, Insect Paste is a good low-level money maker, especially if you can get the corn from the guild.

EDIT: One thing I forgot to add: If you have a bunch of Beastmen's Seals and nothing to do with them, go nuts in a BCNM. MAKE SURE you know the strategy inside and out, then go farm items through BCNMs. That's probably the single fastest way to make gil, provided the drops don't suck. http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/BCNM There are also ISNMs http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/ISNM , ENMs http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/ENM , and KSNMs http://wiki.ffxiclopedia.org/KSNM .
