Probably sometime during the last week of the month. They haven't given a specific date yet that I recall. They seem to like Mondays so if I had to guess it would be the 23rd or 30th

I seem to remember something in one of the update notes mentioning the 15th or 16th of October. Although, eticket is right, they like Mondays, and I'm not so sure they'd give us two weeks before Halloween to do the event this year. Best guess would be 23rd as he stated. Given how much they've lead off holidays this year, (Easter for example), the 30th is unlikely, since that'd be the day before the holiday, and we got a good week headstart on Easter.

Well they usually give a few days warning before an update so I doubt it would be the 16th. 23rd is the most likely date imo as they usually do event updates a week before the actual holiday.

I also heard the 16th, which is Monday, but if that was correct, we would probably start seeing notices by now. And I was really counting on the update coming this Monday... oh well. My money is on the 23rd now.

The big July update had 10 days notice. The Choco raising update had 3 days notice. Both updates were on a Monday with the announcement coming early Friday morning. So, keeping with that pattern, they may not announce anything until next Friday at this point. :/
