Lets say I am wearing a wyvern helm (Phyical Damage: 'Blaze Spikes' Effect) and I am a drg/war. What would affect the damage that the spikes deal?
    Thanks Kazuki.

What a question. I thought I'd look into it and found this. I read the "calculating spikes damage" at the bottom and I still don't know the answer. As far as casting it as a spell, Enfeebling Skill supposedly affects its capability to hit for full strength (not be resisted), and INT seems to influence how strong that damage cap is. I don't know that it would be any different if it was given from gear instead of casted, but I would assume it's still governed by your INT.
I'm not sure, but that's partly because I'm an idiot . See if you can get anything from that.

If anyone remembers the year when the npc birds where flying around and they would give you shock spikes, that is why I am asking. My spikes, even though they lasted only a minute or two, where doing 0 damage to too weak monsters.
      Thanks Kazuki.

I don't think I've ever come across a study of how much damage item-based spike effects like those given by Igqira gear do. I sincerely doubt they trigger off of any skills, but they might trigger off of stats.

In any case, it probably isn't hard to test. Just get a character, go out to some weak area with a BRD75 friend and have the monsters slap you around a bit while they sing various stat-booster songs on you.
