Is there any map around that shows where Prisoners are when they get taken during besieged? I have a M. Blackscale Key but I can't seem to find the jail in Mamook.

Jail cells are scattered all over the place. In Mamook they're on the lower level of the big open areas, usually two or four in each open area. They look like big cauldrons with bars on them for you to see the NPC inside (and point and laugh at if you fancy).
