wow...well if for some reason you had to stop playing i guess its a resnable reason to sell your account, i bet he is going to get atleast 1-2k for it, thats alot of effort put into it.

Not even. I think he's entirely right to sell it. I would never sell my acct . I worked too hard on it . I agree that it IS stupid to spend so much on somone elses account and I HAVE had enough of higher level noobs who dont know jack about the game . Ive had the unfortunate situation of being in a pty where the tank who was lvl 58 and didnt know what a friggin SC was !! He admitted to buying somone elses acct . There is no reason not to sell an account once you're finished with it. The most SE would do is ban your account, in which case you weren't planning on playing anyways, so it's a win/win situation.
I'm not saying it's the right thing to do, but there's nothing to lose when people are done playing this game and it's their prerogative alone on what they plan on doing with their character after they're finally finished with it.
BTW, make sure you have never given out your name or address to people in the server, otherwise watch your back at night.Comment

You're right in that there is nothing for them to personally lose. Unless of course they care about integrity, but I doubt most of them take that into consideration. And of course there is the affect of having an unskilled idiot in control of their old character, but since they aren't playing they don't care about that either.
That doesn't mean that I'm ever going to say it's a good idea, or their right, or anything that someone should even consider.Comment
