Dang Spiny Spipi. I keep an eye out for him more than I actively camp - if I happen to be beehive chipping or something, I'll nail him. Five kills so far, no cape. Argle.
I love the Torrent in Giddeus, he's just fun if I can grab him. -

I tried to get VE and LL for a while with no luck. I am really bad at camping NM and I really dislike it. I will be going after VE again though so I can sell my Emporer's Hairpin.Comment

The current bane of my existence is Stubborn Dreddvod.
He is rarely camped, but he has a very weird pop schedule.
90%+ of the player base has probably never even seen him lol so there isn't much info.
Overall in the last 6 months I am 0/5 on him. I don't understand why mobs that have a 24+ hour respawn time and only drop r/e stuff... don't have a 100% drop rate. >.>

I did camp hoo mjuu for a while but after a while i relised being 0/9 sucked and went back to harvesting/crafting for gil. Spook intrested me but after 0/3 i got bored of him.

I hold a special place in my heart for Spiny Spipi. He's the first NM that I ever killed. BLM12 no sub. Got the drop. I've killed him a few times since then, but no drop.Haggai

That's odd. I think I'm 3/3 on him now. I was convinced that the cape was 100% drop. Well, if you want the cape for usage, good luck. If you want to sell it for the 100k or so pricetag, again, good luck. I periodically have camped Enkelados, Serra, Mee Deggi, and VE. Yesterday, myself and a few friends were camping Mysticmaker Profblix for about six hours straight, not once did we get claim either! (Stupid Puiboi [Galkan 75MNK] got it every time.)Comment
