When I watch peoples videos and such I notice tht most people have like the HP % in Blue near the monsters name. Like I was just watching a BST video and you could see all of the monsters HP % in blue on the left of the mobs name.Also could see your own %

I dont have this and I play on PC. How do I get it?

It's a windower plugin. It's against the rules to link it here though.

it is against ToS to have that what it is is people using a 3rd party software called Windower and with windower have a plug in called tparty. it allows you to see the mobs HP in a percent and the TP of your party

A quick google search containing certain word combinations might lead you to the right place. Things like 'FFXI'... 'Windower' or any combination /wink
