So true.
RMTers use multiple accounts and many times, Claim Bots. These aren't detectable automatically through whatever tools SE is using.
They're only caught on case by case. Like if you are able to get a suspicious botter to consistantly claim an unclaimed mob in front of him... THEN have a GM witness this, that *MIGHT* be enough proof.... but that all depends on the GM blah blah blah.
RMT won't be effected by this as much as end-game shells. But i can bet most of the "legit" players who use claim bots, probably use warp too.
All in all, i like seeing these bans. Stirs up the population a little bit, as one strike is all you need to get banned for second offense.
