Crazy for countering

I'm in the countering mood and am hoarding all equips I can get with "Counter +".
CC's, Kampfer ring/earring, Melee Gaiters, and Avenger's Earringx2 are what's at my disposal.

I've already learned when the latents on the kampfers go off, but I can't find out when Rasetsu gear activates. *insert question of when they go off here*.

Among other questions, is there a formula to calculate how much Counterstance increases my counter rate, and if I need to keep the gaiters on at all times for it to stay enhanced?

um, ffxi.allakhazam.com should have latents on the item...and yes, you need to keep them equipped for the enhance to stay :x
