Character model .dat swapper?

I play elvaan male.. and well, I'm getting a little tired of seeing the same old thing everyday.. I don't want to get to 75 all over again.. and do Zilart missions.. and all of that so, I was wondering if anyone had some info on a program to change the way I see my character? I heard you can make it whatever you want, you'll just still look like an elvaan to everyone else. If you have a link, please post it for me. Any help would be much appreciated.

there is a program called wardobe written by someone from the windower forums. google the link because it's not allowed to post a link to that site.
