So, which job got the best stuff and which job got the worst stuff? I think RDM won. Don't know who lost, though. I thought Chiverly was pretty cool for PLD but they are all badmouthing all of them on the PLD board. Maybe Pld.

This thread is a failure. None of this is in-game yet, and pretty much everything has a use. There was only winners, and if anyone will lose, it will be BLM and SMN.

I'm praying so... as my LS have finally closed the gap in their levels and we're about to start a new static... and they want my Thf!!!

Winners: WAR and THF for sure. PUP loses and so does PLD. Chivalry is probably nice for many end game encounters but otherwise all of it seems about as useful as the resist sleep effect on koenig handschichs. The spell interruption effect for rampart is especially pathetic.

I think Thf got some very good stuff. I really hope this ups their invitation rate in parties.

Personally, I'm all over the Monk stuff. Formless Strikes is going to be just awesome. I think I'd rather Mantra do an AoE Chakra effect rather than just increase max hp. Penance will be good... especially for NMs that friggin' spam specials.... And of course... every Monk has to agree that the added Regen in Invigorate would certainly help us out.

I think all of the jobs made out well, but Thief was the one that was given the biggest boost with the raising of end-game dagger damage rates. Every other jobs' additions sound great as well, though PUP does kind of sound like it lost... HOWEVER, this may only be until we actually see what the new automaton parts are.

Also, the 3 new jobs may have been given AF, but I don't think I've seen anything about Group 2 merits for them either. I suppose they want to let people try out the new AF before they add more merits to them.

How has PUP lost? I don't quite understand. Maybe they lost the previous update, but if PUP lost, COR and BLU lost an equal or more amount. Actually Blue Magic might be fixed, so, just COR.

Well, it says:

" Several new automaton attachments have been added."

near the end.

These could be really good, and help them out in the middle game especially where they're really struggling right now.

Now that I think about it, they did gain Dragon Kick and Howling Fist, which is nice. Still, we won't know too much more about them until we can get in-game, I'm afraid.

By changing Uli, it's like they're giving us a half nod that they know there's RMT there...

Or maybe they actually think people play 24/7?
