Awhile back I was in Lower Jeuno playing w/ my mithra character, and I stumbled across a Mithra NPC walking around between the fountain and the town hall building across from the Auction House( the place where you can get maps and the airship pass). I talked to her and all she said was something along the lines "There's nothing I need your help with at the moment". I walked off, doing my usual thing.. but in trying to find her again.. she's gone! Even trying different characters, days, times.... I can't find her again. Can't remember the name, as it was awhile back and I didn't really pay attention to it as I thought it was a NPC that was there all the time.. Am I just going bonkers and had a in-game hallucination? Or is she just a NPC that appears "rarely"?

At night if nobody elects to light the lamps a mithra wearing Darksteel armor will light them.

Really? I never knew that was probably it.. Must be a rare occurance though, I've not seen the mithra in the last several weeks.

I've seen her around a few times, always wondered what she was for. Just figured it was some quest I hadn't activated yet.

At 1:00 If nobody has litten the lamps for that quest, she will light them. If somebody elects every night, you won't ever see her.

At 20:00 talk to the Galka near the AH wearing I.M. gear, it's a non-repeatable quest and doesn't leave Lower Jeuno. Easy fame, but it has a low fame requirement.

Also, she knows what you did last Summer Fesitval.

I'm sure it was a typo, but its repeatable.

I've never seen her before that I can recall, but I spend as little time as possible up there. Too many casinos and stupid /sh's

Well, you do have to talk to him at a certain time. Also note, there is no fame requirement. The reason you only ot it once later on is he gives one quest a day, and since it's an easy, free fame quest, some people jump on him like hounds at 18:00

Yeah, I've done it like 10 times before when I was trying to build Jeuno fame.
